As mobile market is increasing very sharply and will increase with boom in near future. Visualizing the huge opportunity this is an effort to internationalize the business through Internet. By developing of this portal and keeping the site searchable on Google hence increasing the customer base from a local market to all around the globe.
My ongoing project is a web application because nowadays Internet is a prominent tool of marketing mantra. With the advent of the Internet technologies, world has become a global village. Every year, millions of people around the world use the Internet to interact in more ways then ever before till date. People, who surf on Internet, are thinking about the online purchase because it is very easy and comfortable to order online than going to market and purchase their required goods. So considering a big hike in the revenue in this booming sector and one of the successful businesses through Internet one should be proud to have such a technical deal.
With the fast growing of communications network like optical fiber, making way to broadband it will be now easy and economical also to access the Internet, whether in monetary or information retrieval term.
The mere existence of the web has been enriching, as it provides a huge diversity of views, take web logs, or blogs, which can assume the form of online diary or message board. The gist of all these is that if the data access retrieval and the goal are placed in a well order on the net by using its technologies, we are not going to loose in any way whether it is the user or the service provider. So a computer has now become helpful in many other cases too: . Fast retrieval of information around the globe by browsing the net. . Easy access by seating at home to most of the work places. . PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor is a widely used, general-purpose scripting language that was originally designed for web development to produce dynamic web pages. For this purpose, PHP code is embedded into the HTML source document and interpreted by a web server with a PHP processor module, which generates the web page document. As a general-purpose programming language, PHP code is processed by an interpreter application in command-line mode performing desired operating system operations and producing program output on its standard output channel. It may also function as a graphical application. PHP is available as a processor for most modern web servers and as standalone interpreter on most operating systems and computing platforms. The PHP Documentation Framework The PHP documentation is written in XML using the DocBook DTD. If you would like to contribute to the PHP documentation project, you need to at least know the very basics of XML and DocBook. The XML files are stored on a central server, and can be reached with a SVN client. There are many SVN clients you can use, although we recommend one command line tool or a proven WYSIWYG tool. You will need more programs and tools to manipulate the XML files and test their content for errors. The tools you need depend on the operating system you use. Linux or some sort of Unix is recommended, although many things in phpdoc work on Windows. You will find more information about the tools you need in the tools section. MySQL is a database. The data in MySQL is stored in database objects called tables.A table is a collection of related data entries and it consists of columns and rows. Databases are useful when storing data into server. A company may have a database with the following tables: "Employees", "Products", "Customers" and "Orders". Basic object-oriented programming functionality was added in PHP 3 and improved in PHP 4. Object handling was completely rewritten for PHP 5, expanding the feature set and enhancing performance. In previous versions of PHP, objects were handled like value types. The drawback of this method was that the whole object was copied when a variable was assigned or passed as a parameter to a method. In the new approach, objects are referenced by handle, and not by value. PHP 5 introduced private and protected member variables and methods, along with abstract classes and final classes as well as abstract methods and final methods. It also introduced a standard way of declaring constructors and destructors, similar to that of other object-oriented languages such as C++, and a standard exception handling model. Furthermore, PHP 5 added interfaces and allowed for multiple interfaces to be implemented. There are special interfaces that allow objects to interact with the runtime system. Objects implementing ArrayAccess can be used with array syntax and objects implementing Iterator or IteratorAggregate can be used with the foreach language construct. There is no virtual table feature in the engine, so static variables are bound with a name instead of a reference at compile time. |

It was designed to be compiled using a relatively straightforward compiler, to provide low-level access to memory, to provide language constructs that map efficiently to machine instructions, and to require minimal run-time support. C was therefore useful for many applications that had formerly been coded in assembly language. Despite its low-level capabilities, the language was designed to encourage cross-platform programming. A standards-compliant and portably written C program can be compiled for a very wide variety of computer platforms and operating systems with few changes to its source code. The features that are available to the Librarian are: • A librarian can issue a book to the student • Can view The different categories of books available in the Library . • Can view the List of books available in each category • Can take the book returned from students • Add books and their information of the books to the database • Edit the information of the existing books. • Can check the report of the issued Books. • Can access all the accounts of the students. The features available to the Students are: • Can view The different categories of books available in the Library • Can view the List of books available in each category • Can own an account in the library • Can view the books issued to him • Can put a request for a new book • Can view the history of books issued to him previously • Can search for a particular book. The current Library system of College works manually. This staff handles the whole system. The system includes issuing and returning of books. The staff keeps information of books, of student and of faculty members. The faculty members are teacher and non-teaching staff. Also staffs have to keep information about daily transaction of books. In daily transaction process student demands for book in inquiry window. The availability demanded book and gives book availability details to student. If book is available, Librarian fills up book information and student information. If staff demand for book then librarian fill up person information and issues book. While returning book, librarian checks students data and check date of return. If a faulty member wants to return books then librarian check person information and accept book. If management wants to enter book, the book code is given by itself. At the end of year make a list of students who not return their books. This list then submitted in College Office. |
